TheSeniorProduct Manager role is a member of theTechnology team responsible for leading the strategic direction of digitally led initiatives within Disney Experiences. The team runs all aspects of product strategy, concept development, defining, and implementing these initiatives in collaboration with key team members and partners.They willwork with the manager and senior manager tosupportplatform roadmap, integration across products and capabilities, and long-termcommercial growthprogram at scale. They will work closely with operations, design, analytics, development, and executive teams to bring products to market and develop and grow business opportunities for Disney Experiences. A successful candidate will be highly analytical, able to work effectively in a matrixedorganization, and adept at synthesizing a variety of technologies and capabilities into high quality products and applications that Guests love!

This role is onsite in Orlando, FL Monday - Thursday.

Responsibilities:

  • Shape the strategy: Lead the product vision and roadmap execution throughout the entire product delivery process.
  • Create clarity: Lead requirement-gathering, user story creation, prioritization, and execution with cross-functional teams, ensuring consistent communication with peers, business stakeholders and leadership.
  • Testing Strategy: Lead the effort to run simultaneous tests to increase conversion, improve Guest experience and drive future strategy.
  • Define success: Define and monitor key performance metrics to track product performance while identifying areas for optimization that drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Build relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and cross-functional collaborators, including product, engineering and creative services. commercial, and customer support.
  • Set the priority: Prioritize with our business, product, and engineering partners, managing technical discussions to drive alignment.
  • Deliver excellence: Collaborate with Engineering and QA to deliver Coordinate and communicate iterative product releases and updates, ensuring timely delivery and smooth deployment.
  • Think proactively: Identify potential risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies to project timelines or deliverables.
  • Lead communication: Serve as a passionate advocate for your product(s), internally and externally, while educating stakeholders and customers about product features, benefits, and value propositions.
  • Look beyond: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with digital software development experience technical focus.
  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent years of experience
  • Demonstrated success in launching and scaling products by recognizing customer needs, creating a vision, building roadmaps, identifying success measurements, and executing excellence with peers.
  • Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to accelerate product discovery, decision making and execution. leading initiatives that span several teams and functional areas.
  • Proven Ability to translate customer and business needs through requirements and user stories.
  • Proven Experience leading cross-functional teams within an agile, collaborative environment.
  • Strong communicator with proven ability to bring clarity and direction through written and verbal communication skills.
  • Data and hypothesis-driven aptitude, with the ability to flex business and technical thinking.
  • Ability to manage and update userfacing digital experiences using enterprise Content Management Systems (CMS).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with consumer-facing services.
  • Experience within hospitality and/or technology industries.
  • Experience with Content Management Systems.
  • Experienced in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, and Confluence.
  • Familiarity with design principles and best practices.
The hiring range for this position in Orlando, FL $135,200 to $181,200 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
