We support Guest and Crew experiences at sea, enable commercial growth through digital platforms, and lead the segment's data strategy. With a strong focus on reliability, scalability, and strategic expansion, we build the systems that support immersive experiences and unlock new opportunities for growth.

Disney Cruise Line - This role is on the Disney Cruise Line team, which delivers shipboard Guest and Crew systems, commercial platforms, web and app experiences, and infrastructure operations that support seamless journeys at sea.

This Sr. Product Manager role will sit in the Strategic Growth Initiatives technology and digital segment of the Disney Cruise Line business. Reporting to the Manager of Product Management, the Sr. Product Manager will drive product strategy, concept development, and delivery of initiatives within the Logistics, Medical, Safety, Security portfolio in collaboration with our Product Management, Technology, and Business Operation team partners.

What You Will Do:

  • Contribute to the development of the product vision, strategy, and outcome-based roadmaps for the Logistics, Medical, Safety, Security portfolio

  • Define product strategy and present vision and strategic plans to senior management and executive leadership throughout the product lifecycle

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with technology and business leaders to establish strategies that leverage technology to enhance the Guest experience, Crew Experience, and drive value within the Logistics, Medical, Safety, Security line of business.

  • Lead external vendor teams and internal squads to deliver high-quality products on time and within scope

  • Translate product concepts into actionable deliverables including user stories, epics, and detailed requirements and manage through backlog refinement, prioritization, and user acceptance testing

  • Attend daily scrums, drive priority decisions, and resolve roadblocks to ensure smooth product rollouts

  • Negotiate through blockers and influence decisions across technology and business teams

  • Be data informed by using qualitative and quantitative research, analytics, documentation, and testing

  • Stay informed on marketing technology trends and emerging technologies to inform product strategy

  • Provide regular product updates to business and technology leadership.

  • Support ongoing documentation, reporting, and coordination of feature launches and enhancements

It is key for this role to understand how to use product management models and technology to create an exceptional Guest experience, support the growth in business operations, and optimize Cast/Crew processes in a rapidly changing environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of product management experience with building and delivering quality solutions in a web or app based digital ecosystem.

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred and/or equivalent work experience.

  • Experience and comfort solving problems in an ambiguous environment where there is regular change. Have the tenacity to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, inspire change, and collaborate with a variety of individuals and organizational partners.

  • Ability to work within a diverse and cross-functional teams in a meaningful way to produce quality results. Excellent communication and negotiation skills and proven experience driving alignment across multiple stakeholders.

  • Deep commitment to curiosity - conducting research, gathering metrics, proactively identifying & addressing issues or opportunities during requirements gathering processes.

  • Understanding of the latest product management frameworks and theories and how to apply them to create impactful experiences.

  • Experience writing user stories, writing requirements, and managing backlogs in tools like JIRA or Confluence.

  • Planning acumen and proven ability to break down work and define an MVP, as well as subsequent iterations. Proficient skills in scope intake, requirements documentation.

  • Excellent presentation skills and clear, logical communication style so you can represent our product strategy and roadmap to engineering, business, and product leadership. Partner with key stakeholders to build relationships and manage scope expectations.

  • Comfortability working across global site locations and time zones.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with vendor developed solutions.

  • Experience with warehouse management software, network infrastructure, and incident management solutions.

  • Experience with enterprise SaaS + internal integrations and Data/API heavy Roadmaps

  • Strong product sense for various users and what makes compelling products and delightful user experiences - ensuring new designs and enhancements can best support use cases of internal teams and our Guests.

  • Passionate about the end user experience and delivering quality results.

  • Familiar with A/B experimentation methods and hypothesis-driven development.

  • Strong written, verbal and research skills with the ability to work well both autonomously and collaboratively.

  • Relevant agile certifications preferred.

Required Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field / equivalent work experience

The hiring range for this position in Orlando, FL is $135,200 to $181,200 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
