Position Title: Network Technical Implementation Lead

Position Location: McLean,VA

Pay Rate: Can Be Discussed; OPEN MARKET RATE.

Duration: 6+ months

Description:

ย Responsible for the fundamental organization of a system embodied in its components, their relationships to each other and to the environment, and the principles guiding its design and evolution.ย 

Requires a previous domain of experience in areas other than applications development. Consults on overall enterprise systems design and the impact of various new technology initiatives. May provide technical expertise and leadership for cross-functional teams concerning data/applications/hardware interactions. Recommends tools, languages, and databases to be used. Also includes designing and building networks based on Novell, Netware, Windows NT, Windows 2000, Windows XP plus support of network technologies (router, switch, cabling, network management, etc.).ย 


Service Experience 5+ yearsย 

Coordinating others work while involved with multiple work streamsย 

Served as "lead" designer on multiple projects; Significant experience in industry across multiple technologies (3+years)ย 

COF Experience - Desired but not requiredย 

Deep knowledge of diverse technologies and new and current architecturesย 

Lean/Agile development experience (3+ yrs) QA experience preferredย 

Problem Solvingย 

Excellent - strategic application of experience; Demonstrated experience leading and generating unique solutions within the financial services industryย 

3+ years architectural experience with COTS implementationsย 

Outstanding negotiation, facilitation, and consensus building skillsย 

Ability to effectively communicate across multiple levels (Executive Sponsors to team members); Ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical individuals ย ย
