You will work onsite at our modern Rehabilitation Center located in the vibrant city of Miami, well-known for its beautiful beaches and dynamic culture. • Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ physical abilities, medical histories, and individual needs to create personalized therapy plans.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including exercises, manual therapy, and the use of therapeutic modalities, to aid patient rehabilitation.
• Assess and document progress towards established goals, continually adjusting therapy plans based on patient response and recovery trajectories.
• Educate patients and their families on exercise regimens, self-management techniques, and use of any prescribed therapeutic equipment to facilitate ongoing care during and after therapy sessions.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss patient care strategies, case reviews, and outcomes, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
• Manage your caseload effectively by prioritizing individual patient needs, coordinating care plans, and ensuring timely follow-up on treatment progress.

The Physical Therapist will serve a diverse client base, including adults and pediatric patients with various conditions such as post-operative rehabilitation, sports injuries, chronic pain, and neurological disorders. Our focus is on empowering individuals to regain their functional capabilities and improve their quality of life through personalized therapeutic strategies.

• Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Currently licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification is required within 30 days of employment.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with a passion for patient care and commitment to ongoing professional development.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting is preferred, though recent graduates with relevant internships or clinical hours may also be considered.
• Experience with innovative physical therapy techniques and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems are advantageous.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer a robust benefits package that includes:
