Job Summary:
Source 1 Solutions is seeking a Service Desk Tier I Technician to be the first point of contact for clients. In this role, you will help resolve IT issues, answer technical questions, and provide excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
• Respond to support tickets and resolve IT issues quickly and efficiently
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems
• Provide clear technical guidance to clients
• Document incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system
• Escalate complex issues to Tier II when needed
• Work closely with other IT teams to improve the client experience
• Continue growing your skills through training and development
Preferred:
• Associate degree in IT or related field
• 1+ year of experience in technical support, with an MSP
• Familiarity with remote support, ticketing, and monitoring tools
• Strong communication skills — able to explain tech to any audience
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
