Job Summary:
Laurus Home Care is a company focused on technology solutions, and they are seeking an IT Project Manager to oversee technology-focused projects across their businesses. The role involves managing project scoping, execution, and budgeting, while serving as a liaison between teams and ensuring successful project delivery.
Responsibilities:
• Manage all aspects of technology projects and act as technology liaison across our portfolio of businesses.
• The IT Project Manager is responsible for the scoping, development, execution, budgeting and delivery of technology-focused projects.
• This includes consulting/ needs assessment and discovery, solution development and/or research and working with internal and external teams to deliver the desired outcomes of projects on time and on budget.
• When applicable this position will develop/ participate in/ provide documentation and/or training to support projects and ongoing technology operations.
• The position will participate in the defining of requirements for the business and selection of technology solutions.
• The candidate would also be an escalation point of contact for both internal clients and vendor resources to assist with operational technology issues that may arise.
• The position will include up to 50% travel to visit project locations before/ during/ after work to ensure scope is accurate and quality expectations are met.

• Ability to build strong relationships with the team and our business partners
• Strong understanding of low voltage and IT infrastructure technologies
• Works with our businesses to define solution strategy and a roadmap to success
• Communication of projects, prioritization, timelines, training, and support
• Strong working relationship with our vendor partners and internal/external operational teams
• Ability to define the appropriate subject matter experts to bring to the table
• Ability to listen – to immerse themselves in the business to understand how they function, what the various roles are, and how they provide services
• See something, say something – Identify needs and desires of the business and help develop a strategic vision for the technology roadmap
• Ongoing Assessment - Tracking metrics to demonstrate the effectiveness of completed projects
