Job description

Works within Kids Ministry (Kindergarten-6th Grade) to aid Trinity Lutheran Church in discipleship of kids. Cooperates in a team ministry with the entire professional and supporting staff in order to assist the members of Trinity Klein Lutheran Church to connect generations to the love of Jesus.


Job Duties:


  • Grows and matures as a disciple of Jesus, prioritizing your personal relationship with Jesus as it will serve as the foundation of your leadership of others.
  • Works closely with the Kids Ministry Director, Kids Ministry Team, and Spiritual Formation Team to facilitate a cohesive approach to the discipleship of Kids (Kinder- 6th Grade) as we continue to build a healthy and vibrant ministry.
  • Participates in leading small groups and parts of worship in Kids Ministry.
  • Maintains a consistent presence and involvement in all Kids Ministry events and activities. Specifically, Jr. Crew and Sunday morning events.
  • Participates in games, fellowship, and skits for designated lessons and events.
  • Helps maintain an atmosphere of safety, fun, and expectancy for parents and kids by \\
  • maintaining cleanness, appearance, and organization of the Surf Shack and other rooms Used by Kids Ministry and its resources.
  • Participates in special events and programs with Kids Ministry Director as requested including but limited to: VBS, Parents Night Out, Faith Milestones, etc.
