Leadership & Vision Casting •Vision: Help us seek God's vision that's as bold as the gospel and lead us in pursuing it together. •Pastoral Staff: Lead, mentor, and oversee staff to ensure effective ministry. •Lay Leadership: Identify and nurture gifted leaders within the church. •Children and Youth: Prioritize support for our Awana program and Youth Group, ensuring their growth and effectiveness in reaching the next generation.   • Base salary
  • Designated housing allowance (in accordance with IRS guidelines)
  • Health insurance stipend
