Sheepgate is seeking a motivated and dependable Construction Coordinator to oversee construction, renovation, and maintenance projects both on and off campus. This role combines hands-on construction leadership with mentorship opportunities, helping guide students while supporting the ongoing growth and improvement of our facilities.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee construction and maintenance projects
- Supervise construction crews, students, and subcontractors
- Prepare bids, budgets, and project timelines
- Order and manage construction materials and supplies
- Ensure job sites maintain OSHA and safety standards
- Assist with campus repairs, facility improvements, and maintenance needs
- Track project expenses and submit documentation accurately
- Lead with professionalism, integrity, and a positive attitude
Requirements
Qualifications
- Construction experience required
- Project management experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
