POSITION SUMMARY โ€“ RN Case Manager

POSITION DUTIES โ€“ Discharge planning; Utilization review; Dealing with all payers, including uninsured and homeless; Completing Initial assessments.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS โ€“ 

  • CA RN license
  • BSN
  • BLS
  • 2 years recent acute hospital experience in specialty
  • DC Planning and UM/UR experience
  • Must be familiar with Interqual
  • Must have prior Dignity/CommonSpirit experience to be considered

LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT โ€“ 13 Weeks

SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK โ€“ Between 8-5pm (8hr days); EOW with at least one full weekend per month

SYSTEMS โ€“ Cerner / Interqual

START DATE โ€“ ASAP
