Overview
We are seeking a motivated Project Coordinator to join our growing team! The Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of restoration projects involving water, fire, mold, and other property damage. This role serves as a key liaison between clients, technicians, subcontractors, and project managers to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards. The Project Coordinator manages project documentation, scheduling, communication, and administrative processes throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
  • Coordinate large-scale restoration and construction projects to ensure safe, timely, and successful completion of all projects.
  • Prepare and maintain product documentation while maintaining accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules, recommend adjustments as needed.
  • Assist with the preparation of project budgets, invoices, purchase orders, and track project expenses to ensure budget alignment.
  • Organize project meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Ensure Work Authorizations, Certificates of Satisfaction, and other required documents are obtained and properly filed.
  • Support project managers in identifying and resolving issues, risks, and delays to ensure project stays on schedule.
  • Travel to job site as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Education
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience
    • 2+ years of administrative support.
    • 1 year of experience in construction management, restoration, property management, or project coordination (preferred).
  • Skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
    • Must possess a valid driver's license.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with occasional travel to outdoor job sites.
    • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
    • Ability to sit, stand, kneel, bend, and walk for extended periods.
