Responsibilities
• Conduct on-site assessments to determine the extent of damage and develop mitigation plans accordingly.
• Supervise and lead a team of mitigation technicians in executing restoration projects promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures to maintain a secure work environment.
• Oversee inventory management of materials and equipment necessary for mitigation projects.
• Documenting job progress clearly and accurately.
• Engage in training programs and assist with OTJ training of technician teams.
Qualifications
• 3 years minimum experience in Mitigation & Restoration.
• IICRC WRT Certification, minimally.
• The ability to be able to effectively lead a mitigation team.
• PSA and Encircle program experience preferred.
• Valid US driver's license with a clean record.
• Ability to be able to pass a background check.
