What you'll do
  • Install, repair, tape, mud, and finish drywall to a smooth, paint-ready surface
  • Patch holes, cracks, and damaged drywall
  • Sand and prepare surfaces for painting
  • Apply paint, stain, and finishes using brushes, rollers, and sprayers
  • Match paint colors and textures as required
  • Protect surrounding areas with proper masking and drop cloths
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and materials in good condition
  • Follow safety procedures and job site guidelines
  • Communicate progress and issues to supervisors or project leads

What you'll do
  • 2-5 years of experience in drywall installation, finishing, and painting
  • 1-2 years of restoration experience (preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of drywall materials, finishing techniques, and paint applications
  • Ability to achieve smooth, consistent finishes with attention to detail
  • Experience using hand tools, power tools, and painting equipment
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various site conditions
