Job Description

Role Overview: As a Technical Product Manager, you will manage the complete product lifecycle, from strategy through to development and market readiness. Your leadership will guide critical, high-visibility projects, specifically in digital infrastructure and software development practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the execution of telecom projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
  • Oversee the setup, migration, and disaster recovery (DR) of digital infrastructure projects.
  • Facilitate and lead Kubernetes setup projects, ensuring best practices are maintained throughout.
  • Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines to improve product release processes and quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and operations, to deliver successful product outcomes.
  • Analyze market and competitive conditions, positioning the product to maximize profit and customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate product goals and strategies to stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience as a Product Lead/Manager with a proven track record in handling critical and high-visibility projects.
  • Deep understanding and prior experience with telecom projects.
  • Expertise in managing digital infrastructure setup, migration, and disaster recovery (DR) projects.
  • Practical experience in setting up Kubernetes environments.
  • Proficiency in managing setup and testing through CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
