At First Step House, "We help people build lives of meaning, purpose, and recovery," and we are dedicated to this mission.We are hiring for a full time Nurse Case Manager at Valor House in Salt Lake City, Utah!!The Valor House Nurse Case Manager provides nursing care, medication management, and health services for Veterans residing in transitional housing at Valor House - a 72-bed program located on the Salt Lake City VA Medical Center campus. Working under the administrative supervision of the Valor House Program Manager and the clinical oversight of the Medical Director, the RN is responsible for supervising the medication control system in compliance with the Utah Nurse Practice Act, conducting medical needs assessments, coordinating with outside healthcare providers, and addressing the health needs of a population with complex co-occurring mental health, substance use, and medical conditions.Tired of working 40+ hours per week?
