What You Will be Doing..

As a part-time Victra Sales Support Representative, you'll have the chance to shape your career in one of our retail stores. Using your unique talents, passion for technology, and customer service skills, you will have the power to create the ultimate in-store experience. In this role, you will:

  • Work alongside peers and store leaders to support account reviews, accessory recommendations, data transfers, and customer queue triage during heavy traffic periods.
  • Take the lead on merchandising, store cleanliness and operational functions.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service during every guest interaction, ensuring each visit is a positive and memorable experience.
  • Conduct thorough account reviews to understand guest needs and present thoughtful product and service recommendations.
  • Be a passionate guest advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it!
  • Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service to deliver what our customers need.
  • Create personal connections with guests to make tech look simple.

Sales Support Representatives work a flexible schedule ranging from 8 to 25 hours per week. This position starts at $18.90. We provide paid training and a supportive onboarding experience to set you up for success from day one.

What we're looking for...

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or service environment.
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift 10 pounds.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.


Training Requirements

All Sales Support Representatives must attend and complete a four-day New Hire University (NHU) training program within 30 days of their official start date. This class may include overnight travel at the company's expense. Various online and computer-based training will be required throughout your employment with Victra.
