The Role

The Facilities and Warehouse Lead oversees the management, maintenance, and operation of ANM’s office and warehouse in Albuquerque, NM; as well as the receiving and storage of goods. This role ensures facilities are safe, efficient, and compliant with regulatory standards while coordinating the flow of inventory and deliveries to meet organizational needs.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and implement facility maintenance plans to ensure all systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.) function optimally.
  • Supervise facility repairs, renovations, and upgrades, working closely with vendors and contractors.
  • Coordinate emergency response plans, including fire safety, evacuation, and disaster recovery.
  • Oversee the use of company spaces, ensuring efficient layout and space utilization.
  • Supervise receiving operations to ensure accurate and timely processing of shipments.
  • Monitor incoming shipments for quality, accuracy, and adherence to purchase orders.
  • Maintain organized and efficient storage areas, ensuring items are stored safely and accessibly.
  • Implement and maintain inventory tracking systems to monitor stock and prevent shortages or overages.
  • Coordinate with procurement and other departments to ensure the timely availability of required materials.
  • Manage the disposal or recycling of excess, damaged, or outdated inventory in an environmentally responsible way.
  • Can interact positively with customers and visitors on-site.
  • Office Management duties as necessary.



What We Are Looking For

Required:

  • 3-5 years of proven experience in facilities management, receiving, or a related warehouse operations role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in facilities and inventory management software.
  • Familiarity with OSHA standards and safety protocols.
  • Knowledge of shipping, receiving, and inventory management processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Demonstrated capacity for self-directed work.
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, climb ladders, and perform other physical tasks.
  • Availability to respond to emergency situations outside of regular business hours.
  • Combination of office and warehouse settings, with occasional exposure to outdoor elements.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Experience in NetSuite and Salesforce (or other CRM) environments is strongly desired.

Travel
Travel is occasionally required for this position. Must have a valid driver’s license and motor vehicle insurance.
