One week of on-call service is expected each month with an after-hours bonus for hours worked while on call.As a Disaster Cleanup Technician, you are a hero to our clients whose properties have suffered fire or water damage. You come to work ready and well-trained for the variety of challenges each event brings. Upon arriving at the site, you give the client a firm handshake, look them in the eye, and let them know they can trust our company to do what's best. You then set about fixing the problem, which often requires removing materials from the home, setting up drying equipment, and monitoring the situation to ensure that all will be well when you leave. Whether you labor as part of a team or handle the job on your own, you are diligent and reliable. Once a month, you're on call, which means you sometimes work odd hours. You don't mind, though. When the phone rings, you jump at the chance to go out and make a difference.
