Job description

Pay for a Float Caregiver, also known as a Float Direct Support Specialist, now starting between $18.55 to $20.60 per hour. (Pay is based on experience.)
**Now hosting weekly open interviews on Thursdays from 9am to 3pm CT.**

Responsibilities:
  • Assist individuals with daily living activities such as bathing, making meals, toileting, and transportation.
  • Float between 2 to 3 programs
  • Required to work 40 to 48 hours minimum per week.
  • Must be flexible with hours to work, with the ability to work various shifts such as days, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Maintain a valid driver's license.
  • Be mentally and physically capable of assisting residents based on their needs.
  • A strong passion for helping others with mental and physical disabilities.
  • Prefer candidates to have at least 2-3 years of caregiving experience
  • Visa sponsorship is not offered for this position. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
