Job Summary
The Department of Counseling, Rehabilitation and Interpreter Training is seeking adjunct faculty to teach in the undergraduate Rehabilitation and Disability Studies program located at the Troy Campus, but may include other locations. This position is responsible for teaching undergraduate students in an interactive environment. Adjunct instructors are expected to be available for a reasonable amount of time for each course taught to counsel students regarding coursework; are employed to provide specific courses on an as needed basis; and are responsible for the management of assigned courses.

Minimum Qualifications
1. Master's degree in Rehabilitation Counseling
2. Minimum of three years of professional experience in rehabilitation counseling
Preferred Qualifications
1. Earned doctorate in Rehabilitation or related field of study
2. Experience teaching in a rehabilitation field and/or teaching experience in higher education
3. Experience in the use of educational technology and/or distance learning
