Job Title: Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager who possesses a strong understanding of process systems, utility, packaging systems, equipment procurement, and project installation and start-up. The ideal candidate will have experience delivering projects on budget and schedule, managing complex scopes, and supervising contractors. This role involves internal coordination and estimating, with an engineering background being highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the full lifecycle of packaging and processing system projects, from estimation and justification through installation, start-up, and closeout.
  • Manage and supervise complex scopes of work and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Conduct internal coordination and project estimating, particularly in conveyor systems.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and foster long-term client relationships.
  • Organize and prioritize tasks based on customer needs, ensuring efficient project execution.
  • Travel 25-35% of the time for client relationships and business development.
  • Work with MEP, electrical, and rigging contractors to ensure successful project completion.

Essential Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in project management.
  • Strong project engineering and management skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, general computer knowledge, and Bluebeam.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate thoughts clearly.
  • Ability to organize tasks and prioritize based on customer needs.
  • Experience in client interface and business development.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $65.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
