3rd Shift, Monday-Friday, 8pm-4am

As the Supply Chain Program Manager, you will be responsible for handling the customer experience and establishing a strategic direction and plan for customer account growth within the company. What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Provide dedicated account management support in several areas, including issue resolution, financial performance, adherence to contract terms and solution design and pricing
  • Handle customer expectations and provide recommendations for strategic initiatives
  • Handle the contracts for assigned accounts as well as all account-driven activities
  • Develop short-term and long-range plans and goals for the organization
  • Ensure attainment of annual profit, efficiency, and quality goals at each client engagement
  • Direct capital expenditure and asset deployment activities
  • Inspire and ensure a Lean culture

What you need to succeed at GXO:

At a minimum, you’ll need:

  • 4 years of relevant experience
  • Confirmed logistics or supply chain management experience
  • Superior knowledge of the supply chain vertical
  • Project management experience

It’d be great if you also have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work or military experience
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain effective, reciprocal work relationships within and outside of the company
  • Excellent creative thinking and problem-solving skills; able to be conclusive, results-oriented, and strategic in thinking and approach
