Hill Usher, located in Phoenix, is looking for an Account Manager to add to our growing team in Commercial Lines. This exciting opportunity is great for anyone that is an out-of-the-box thinker who is enthusiastic about providing exceptional customer service to our current clients and new prospects, processing policy change requests, maintaining knowledge of our products, and answering any questions our clients may have.

Must be willing to obtain or currently possess a Property and Casualty License

Responsibilities
  • Generating insurance quotes and issuing Insurance Documentation (COI, ID cards, etc.)
  • Process customer policy change requests.
  • Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
  • Provides ongoing support to insurance clients as needed.
  • Educate clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs
Requirements
  • A Property Casualty license is preferred. Willing to train the qualified individual.
  • 1+ years of experience in insurance and/or customer service
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
  • Proficiency to multi-task and problem solve
