In this strategic position, you will lead the development, strategy, and performance of the Guardian PPE recommendation algorithm and integration pipeline, guiding the evolution of our platform into a global digital safety intelligence solution.

What your role will be
  • Own the full lifecycle of the Guardian algorithmic platform
  • Collaborate with AI engineers and data scientists to design and deploy models
  • Define metrics and validation frameworks to ensure algorithm performance
  • Partner with regional teams to integrate recommendations into workflows
  • Translate business needs into technical requirements for features and integrations
  • Ensure compliance with data governance and ethical AI standards
  • Define and execute the API roadmap for the Guardian ecosystem
  • Establish API governance and documentation standards
  • Communicate a clear product vision aligned to Ansell's digital strategy
  • Translate complex technical concepts into business value

What will you bring to Ansell?
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related fields
  • 5+ years experience in product management for data platforms or AI-driven products
  • Proven success delivering machine learning, analytics, or technical platform products
  • Strong technical understanding of AI/ML, data architecture, and integrations
  • Experience with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, Aha!)
  • Strategic communication and stakeholder leadership skills
  • Experience with cloud platforms, APIs, JSON, SQL, Snowflake/Databricks
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills
