Comprising more than 130 personnel, the Integrated Warfare Systems Group (IWSG) delivers expertise across program and project management, acquisition and contracting, systems and digital engineering, software development, test and evaluation, sustainment and life‑cycle management, cybersecurity, international/Foreign Military Sales, strategic communications, and IT services. These capabilities support more than 100 Above Water Sensor, Undersea, and Combat System programs and projects within the Navy's Portfolio Acquisition Executive for Mission Systems, Maritime and Munitions, as well as clients at Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division, and the Office of Naval Research. #FC #Dice Responsibilities We are seeking a Senior Test & Evaluation Analyst to support NAVSEA from SPA's office in Washington, DC.

The successful candidate will support NAVSEA and will be responsible for developing, fielding, and sustaining operationally superior weapon systems / combat systems and performing the full spectrum of Test & Evaluation, including drafting and reviewing test program planning and documentation, analyzing testing requirements, supporting land-based and flight test events, and supporting test failure investigations. Position responsibilities include provision of effective Test & Evaluation for Surface Navy weapons systems in the areas of Air Defense, Missile Defense, and Anti-Surface Warfare including, but not limited to, Standard Missile (SM) variants, Surface Missile Systems, and Vertical Launch System (VLS) across multiple ship classes. Elements of the compensation package include competitive base pay and variable compensation opportunities. Salary Range: $130k-160k Qualifications Required Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in an Engineering or related technical field * At least seven (7) years of experience in conducting detailed, complex Test & Evaluation activities associated with engineering systems, capabilities, and activities for Surface Navy Weapons Systems * Demonstrated experience with feasibility studies and resolution of weapon system Test & Evaluation issues; condcut of weapon system Test & Evaluation for weapon certification; and review of weapon system acquisition documentation packages and test plans.

* Active DoD TOP SECRET clearance, and the ability to maintain it throughout employment Preferred Qualifications: * Master's degree in an Engineering or related technical field * Demonstrated experience with Foreign Military Sales (FMS) * Demonstrated experience providing technical support for Naval Science & Technology (S&T) and/or Future Naval Capabilities (FNC) programs
