TEKsystems is seeking detail-oriented professionals to support a large-scale integration initiative focused on registration compliance, data processing, and operational support.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build or expand a career in financial services, compliance, operations, or licensing-related functions. This role is predominately remote with some in office days monthly.

Position Overview

The Registration & Compliance Operations Specialist will support high-volume data validation, reconciliation, and administrative processing activities. This role requires strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining data accuracy and integrity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform data validation and reconciliation across large datasets
  • Review spreadsheets and records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and data integrity
  • Execute high-volume data entry and administrative updates
  • Support day-to-day operational processing workflows
  • Assist with:
    • Licensing and registration record maintenance
    • Insurance and compliance documentation processing
    • Disclosure and termination support activities
  • Utilize internal systems to update, maintain, and track records
  • Document case updates, notes, and processing activities in workflow tracking tools
  • Adhere to established procedures and quality standards
Required Qualifications
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Experience in data entry, data processing, administrative operations, or similar support functions
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new processes and systems
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including:
