  • Monitor and manage order-related emails, staying organized, responsive, and on top of time-sensitive requests
  • Prioritize and process orders based on installation dates, urgency, and regional shipping needs
  • Communicate proactively with internal teams and external salespeople to resolve missing documents, discrepancies, and order questions quickly and professionally
  • Partner with managers and the team on inventory needs, stock checks, and order tracking to ensure installations are staged and scheduled on time

What You'll Bring

  • High School Diploma required (Associate's degree preferred)
  • 2–5 years of experience in data entry and/or order processing
  • Experience working in order management systems and processing workflows
  • Ability to read and interpret flooring job takeoffs (diagrams) and convert them into accurate sales orders
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams
  • Comfort working with ERP and order processing systems (NetSuite, RollMaster, SAP, or similar)
  • Ability to operate basic office equipment (printer, copier, scanner, etc.)
  • Strong attendance and punctuality — reliability is required for this position

  • Supportive training and ongoing coaching to help you succeed
