  • Manage the specialty services team's financial portfolio, including job reviews and tracking progress against tight deadlines.

  • Prepare and deliver accurate weekly financial forecasting reports.

  • Lead weekly forecast presentation calls with the executive leadership team.

  • Partner with branch and operations managers to clearly communicate financial principles, handle inquiries, and explain concepts like accruals.

  • Navigate and master our multi-system financial landscape (including Coupa and NetSuite) to ensure seamless data flow and accuracy.

  • Maintain a benchmark of 95% to 100% data entry accuracy across all job numbers and general ledger accounts.

What You Bring To The Team

  • Work Environment: Collaborative, in-person office environment in Columbia, designed to foster deep professional relationships and hands-on mentorship.

  • Company Culture: A tight-knit, supportive, and rewarding team culture that actively leverages internal resources and prioritizes promoting from within.
