Job Summary
York is seeking a Payroll/Benefits Data Entry Coordinator to provide comprehensive support to the payroll and benefits team. This role will be responsible for maintaining accurate payroll and benefits data, assisting in general payroll preparation, handling confidential information with discretion, and delivering reliable administrative support. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of prioritizing multiple tasks with flexibility and reliability. This role has the potential to grow into more responsibilities and duties.
This role will be fully on-site in our Greenwood Village office.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support routine reporting, data integrity checks, and audits.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality for all employee information and documentation.
  • Reconcile invoices, including benefits and FAMLI-related invoices.
  • Support onboarding by reviewing new hire data, assigning entitlements, preparing onboarding materials, and updating materials.
  • Complete first-day new hire administrative tasks, including sending DOB and manager information to Accounting, downloading offer letters and entering corresponding data, and updating Dayforce profiles.
  • Review benefit enrollments and send benefit information to employees.
  • Conduct weekly checks for new hire enrollment completion and send reminders.
  • Review timecards for discrepancies, PTO accuracy, and missed punches before payroll.
  • Maintain and update the Benefits Hub.
  • Track PTO approvals and coordinate with managers, including SM PTO and overdue approvals.
  • Manage military leave documentation and updates.
  • Perform monthly mailing address checks.
  • Assist with company events (walks, vaccines) including registration, tracking, and reminders
  • Contribute to process improvements and efficiency projects.

Qualifications Required for the Role
  • 2+ years of administrative experience in a professional environment.
  • 2+ years of payroll/HRIS systems.
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Proven ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and high degree of accuracy.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office/365 with an emphasis on Excel and SharePoint, along with an aptitude for learning new systems quickly.
