The Minimum Qualifications
  • Associate's degree + 1+ years of customer service experience, or Bachelor's degree

  • 1+ years demonstrated ability to communicate information clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing, to customers, peers, or other stakeholders through academic, internship, volunteer, or work experiences

  • 1+ years demonstrated experience managing multiple priorities, staying organized, and meeting deadlines

The Ideal Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1+ years demonstrated ability to analyze information, solve problems, and make sound decisions

  • 3+ years of experience with Individual Disability Income, Long-Term Disability, or Long-Term Care claims.

  • Prior customer service, investigative or analytical experience.

  • Eager to learn, ask thoughtful questions, and understand how things work.

  • Enjoy reviewing details, connecting facts, and solving problems.

  • Customer-focused: Communicates with professionalism, empathy, and clarity.

  • Experience managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Partners well with teammates, leaders, and subject matter experts.
