Responsibilities
  • Identify, analyze, and validate client business needs and Salesforce application requirements by facilitating requirements‑gathering sessions, defining product vision, and documenting business, functional, and system requirements, process flows, and system changes.
  • Serve as a primary liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers, ensuring alignment on expectations, deliverables, priorities, risks, and upstream/downstream dependencies through clear, consistent communication.
  • Translate requirements into executable delivery artifacts by writing and prioritizing user stories, features, epics, and program backlogs, and clearly communicating requirements to developers, testers, and stakeholders.
  • Support end‑to‑end solution delivery and quality assurance, including UAT and post‑deployment testing, demonstration of product functionality to stakeholders, and validation that implemented solutions meet defined business requirements.
  • Drive program execution, transparency, and continuous improvement by tracking and communicating project metrics, progress, risks, impediments, and dependencies, and applying feedback and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Enable adoption and change management through effective change practices, creation of Salesforce training materials and user guides, and ongoing stakeholder engagement.
  • Ensure Salesforce solutions align with governance, compliance, and strategic direction, evaluating and recommending new Salesforce tools or integrations as appropriate.
Qualifications
  • U.S. citizen or otherwise authorized to work in the United States and able to demonstrate physical residency in the U.S. for at least three (3) of the past five (5) years. Must be eligible to obtain a U.S. Public Trust security clearance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field with eight (8) or more years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, IT Project Manager, or in a similar role, including six (6) or more years of Salesforce experience.
  • Salesforce certification preferred, specifically Salesforce Business Analyst or Salesforce Administrator.
  • Proficiency in Agile software development methodologies (Scrum and Kanban required), with Agile certification required; SAFe or Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) certification preferred.
  • Exceptional analytical, facilitation, and communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements, resolve conflicts, and drive alignment across stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to decompose complex requirements into actionable work items, partnering closely with engineering and analytics teams to discuss technical concepts, evaluate tradeoffs, remove roadblocks, and assess new ideas.
  • Experience leveraging collaboration and delivery tools such as JIRA and Confluence to manage requirements, document decisions, and support cross‑functional execution.

The salary range provided represents the estimated compensation for new hires in this position, applicable across all locations. Actual offers may vary based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, experience, and market conditions.
