• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans that address their unique challenges.
• Implement evidence-based psychotherapy interventions, focusing on techniques that promote healing and resilience.
• Maintain meticulous clinical records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

In this role, you will work primarily with clients who are experiencing a range of mental health issues, including but not limited to trauma, anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders. Our clientele is diverse, comprising individuals from various backgrounds and experiences, which allows you to apply culturally competent care tailored to their specific needs. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in guiding them toward recovery and resilience.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid LCSW license in the state of Illinois is mandatory.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in mental health services, demonstrating a solid foundation for therapeutic practice.
