Global Security - Threat Management Associate

Tempe, AZ

Global Security (GS) protects the firm's employees and assets worldwide, including the development of security and safety policies, regulatory compliance, security guard management, alarm response, crisis management, ATM, branch and corporate building security, customer safety, physical crime investigations, workplace violence, fire and life safety, executive protection, due diligence, pre‑employment screening, global security operations, fraud investigations, and cyber security.

As a Threat Management Associate within Global Security, you will be aligned to a particular function and/or region within the Threat Management organization but will support other functions and regions based on business needs. You will report to an aligned Threat Manager (TM) and the Threat Management Program Manager to provide support functions for escalated threat cases throughout their lifecycle, including acknowledgement of case details, data entry, case management system input, workflow updates, supplemental investigations, interview organization, and consultation on case management and adjudication. The lifecycle will involve information gathering, initial threat assessment, stakeholder consultation, mitigation strategy incorporation, ongoing monitoring, and regular reviews of persons of concern.

Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development of job aids within the Threat Management team
  • Support the development of SOPs for WPV case management processes
  • Provide program support for other GS/TM partners (Global Intelligence, Insider Threat)
  • Serve as liaison support for cross‑functional partners
  • Provide case support for all TMs as needed based on caseload/on‑call support
  • Support the development of best practice documents and standard response protocols
  • Conduct supplemental threat assessments in support of TMs
  • Utilize internal databases to execute long‑term monitoring of persons of concern
  • Leverage partnerships to continuously monitor persons of concern
  • Support data integrity, TM case metrics, and trend analysis
  • Provide regular updates on all cases
Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • 4+ years’ experience in threat management, law enforcement, intelligence analysis, and/or corporate security
  • BA or BS degree in History, Criminal Justice, Intelligence, or Political Science, or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in the MS Office suite
  • Ability to think quickly and make decisions under pressure
  • Ability to work within a team and secure stakeholder buy‑in
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Availability to travel 10%
  • Ability to work extended hours, including nights and weekends as needed
