A DIRECTV Technician is responsible for installing, repairing, and troubleshooting DIRECTV satellite systems in homes and businesses. They ensure proper signal reception, configure receivers, and educate customers on system usage. The role requires technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent customer service. Technicians often work independently, traveling to various locations to complete service calls efficiently.
As a DirecTV Technician, your day-to-day responsibilities include installing satellite dishes, running and connecting cables, configuring receiver equipment, and troubleshooting signal or service issues for residential or commercial clients. You’ll spend much of your time visiting customer locations, which requires driving between job sites and occasionally working outdoors or in attics and crawl spaces. The role often involves a mix of independent work and collaboration with dispatch teams or supervisors to coordinate schedules and ensure quality service. Technicians also interact directly with customers, providing instructions on equipment usage and addressing any service concerns. This dynamic environment is well-suited for those who enjoy a blend of technical work and customer interaction.

Pay Range is $750.00-$1200.00 per week for entry level positions with the opportunity to make more.
Must have truck, van, or SUV. Must provide your own power drill and ladder.
