Our innovative solutions serve a wide range of industries, including utilities, renewable energy, Electric Vehicle charging stations, and various industrial applications.

Job Description: Are you a dynamic, results-driven leader with a passion for sales and a track record of success? Meta Power Solutions is seeking a Director of Sales to drive our sales efforts and lead a high-performing team. As the Director of Sales, you will sit above our five specialized divisions (EPC, Distribution, Utility, and Channel and Energy as a Service), providing centralized leadership, strategy, and accountability. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth across all verticals.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a sales organization of 30+ individuals (via 5 direct report Division Managers) to exceed targets.

Strategy Development: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets, expand existing customer relationships, and maximize revenue opportunities across distinct sales motions (Project, Transactional, and Bid/RFP).

Forecasting & Pipeline Health: Own the master forecast. Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and optimize sales team performance and effectiveness.

Market Expansion: Identify and pursue opportunities in utilities, renewable energy, Electric Vehicle charging stations, and other industrial sectors.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and Executive Leadership to ensure seamless coordination between sales, production, and customer support.

Qualifications:

Experience in one of the following markets is highly desirable: EPC, Distribution, Electric Utilities, Manufacturers Rep, Channel, EAS.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

MBA preferred.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Salesforce experience is highly desirable.

10+ years demonstrated sales leadership and team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to motivate and guide a sales team to success.

Experience in tracking and improving sales KPIs and metrics.

Electrical industry experience is a plus but not required.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
