Job description

Lifepoint Rehabilitation is seeking a Medical Director in Springfield, OR. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment and impact patient care within a nationally recognized healthcare organization. The Medical Director will work closely with the CEO and clinical team, providing medical direction in compliance with facility policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the CEO and the entire clinical team to provide medical direction
  • Ensure conformance with the facility's policies and procedures, state and federal laws and regulations, including the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and The Joint Commission
