Position Title: Clinic Director: Genesis Lifestyle Medicine of Las Vegas

Position Location: In Person at the Las Vegas and Henderson Locations

JOB SUMMARY

In this Clinic Director (CD) role, the successful candidate will work full time directing the day-to-day operations of the Henderson (temporarily) and Las Vegas of Genesis Lifestyle Medicine clinics, advancing our mission to provide transformative integrative and functional medicine services in world-class environments. The Clinic Director serves as the “owner” of the clinic’s operations, leading the teams to deliver top-line results in client care, staff culture, and financial performance. This role involves hands-on management, relationship building, and strategic problem-solving to keep the clinic thriving and team members engaged.

As Clinic Director, you will organize, direct, supervise, inspect, and support staff to ensure individual and clinic-wide goals are achieved. You lead by example, with a focus on inspiring commitment, delivering high standards in both care and service through accessible coaching, clear communication, and performance feedback.

You are the one everyone looks to and therefore should always embody all core values of Genesis in all aspects of your duties and responsibilities.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Team Management

  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training of all clinic staff, in collaboration with corporate HR and Regional Directors.
  • Monitor employee performance, deliver disciplinary actions, complete performance reviews; to include biannual performance check-in, and formal annual review in collaboration with HR.
  • Ensure proper training and role clarity for all staff; maximize team productivity and time management.
  • Uphold core values and high standards for workplace culture, communication, professionalism, and compliance with all policies and protocols.
  • Lead regular meetings with staff for review of clinic performance, coaching, feedback, and team development.

Operational Excellence & Patient Experience

  • Plan, organize, direct, supervise, and inspect all daily clinic activities to ensure operational efficiency, safety, and alignment with Genesis mission.
  • Regularly review and update processes to achieve outstanding customer service and client care.
  • Monitor and maintain all equipment, supplies, and systems so the clinic operates smoothly.
  • Ensure the clinic is fully compliant with all state, local, and federal regulations and company codes of conduct in partnership with our Genesis executive team and legal counsel.
  • Proactively develop skills in staff that support professional growth and the advancement of the Genesis mission.
  • Supplement and backfill positions in the clinic as needed, within licensure.

Financial Oversight & Growth

  • Monitor clinic budgets, manage all resources within budget guidelines, identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Track and report on clinic performance: daily, weekly, and monthly revenue, expenses, and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate inventory controls for medical and office supplies; manage costs tightly.

Leadership & Culture

  • Represent Genesis to staff, patients, and the community with courtesy, responsibility, and professionalism at all times.
  • Participate actively in committees, special projects, and periodic leadership or executive meetings.
  • Embody and uphold Genesis Mission Statement and Core Values, most importantly to lead by example.
