Buckhead Center for Nursing & Healing is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON). This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled nursing leader who is ready to grow, develop, and take the next step in their leadership career.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinating comprehensive nursing care
  • Implementing specialized clinical procedures and programs
  • Collaborating with the Director of Nursing and Nurse Managers on departmental goals
  • Ensuring compliance with operational policies and state and federal regulations
Key Duties
  • Deliver safe, efficient, and compliant resident care
  • Participate in the nursing home survey process
  • Oversee infection control and quality assurance initiatives
  • Supervise, mentor, and train nursing staff
  • Organize and support in-service education and training programs
Requirements
  • Active RN license
  • 3+ years of leadership experience in a skilled nursing or rehab setting
