Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 15 years of experience in management consulting, product management and strategy, or analytics in a technology company.
  • Experience working with and analyzing data, and managing multiple cross-functional programs or projects.
  • Experience leading AI products from conception to launch.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Advanced degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience with R, SQL, spreadsheets, or similar analytics tools.
  • Experience managing operations or product strategy for platforms with a user base of millions or billions.
  • Experience with concurrency systems and global data governance.

Responsibilities
  • Develop AI tools and infrastructure to make analytics more efficient by scaling solutions for key analytical and operational workflows.
  • Deploy AI solutions at scale across analytics and product teams, leading the adoption of AI-assisted SQL and coding solutions.
  • Lead coordination with other analytics functions to ensure YouTube teams focus AI efforts where they have the most impact.
  • Oversee expansion of AI-assisted platforms to rapidly diagnose metric changes and correlate movements with product or policy changes.
  • Train and mentor the team in AI by executing change management strategies and establishing frameworks for documenting insights.
