You will beresponsible for shaping and delivering talent strategies that strengthen organizational capability, enhance employee engagement, and support business performance. The rolereports into theVice President of HR, US Biopharmaceutical Business Unit (US BBU)andpartners closely with HR Business Partners, business leaders, and Centers of Excellence to drive initiatives across talent planning, succession, leadership development, employee listening, culture, and engagement.In this role you will combinestrategic thinking with strong execution, using data, insight, and stakeholder partnership to build an inclusive, high-performing employee experience aligned with business priorities.

What you'll do

  • Implement talent strategies that align with business goals, workforce plans, and organizational priorities across the US commercial organization.

  • Support delivery oftalent review processes, succession planning discussions, and assessment of organizational capability to identify key talent, critical roles, and development priorities.

  • Partner with HR and business leaders to identify development needs and support solutions that strengthen leadership capabilityandteam effectiveness.

  • Analyze employee feedback,pulse survey data,retention data, and other workforce metrics to identify themes, risks, and opportunities, and translate insights into practical action plans.

  • Translate and pullthroughenterprise-wide HR and people prioritiesinto the US commercial business unit, ensuring strategies, programs, and initiatives are aligned with broader organizational direction while meeting local business needs.

  • Support initiatives that develop an inclusive, values-based culture where employees feel connected, motivated, and able to perform at their best.

  • Partner with leaders and HR colleagues to support change initiatives, organizational transitions, and interventions that maintain engagement and business continuity.

Essential for the role

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 10+ yearsof progressive HR experience, with meaningful experience intalent management, succession planning, employee engagement,organizational development, or related areas.

  • 5+ years of HR Business Partner experience

  • Experience supporting acommercial,sales, or similarly fast-paced business environment.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting workforce and engagement data to inform recommendations.

  • Proven ability to influence leaders and work effectively across a matrixed organization.

  • Strong project management, facilitation, and communication skills.

  • Knowledge of HR practices, employment considerations, and organizational effectiveness principles in a US business environment.

Desirable for the role

  • Experience in thebiopharmaceutical,healthcare, or broaderlife sciencesindustry.

  • Master's degree inHR, Business,Organizational Development, or a related discipline.

  • Experience working in aUS commercial field-based organization.
