Job Description

This position is responsible for configuration on Kronos Workforce Management system (Kronos WFC) including establishing standards and requirements, evaluating and directing enhancements, and implementing configuration solutions for payroll work rules and calculated accrual configuration to ensure the system is meeting local, state, federal law and Hyatt Policy. The Workforce Management Interface Analyst will partner with various Human Resources, Accounting, and Payroll/Tax groups to ensure that all interfaces are processed correctly and contain accurate information. Works under general supervision and usually reports to a project leader or manager.  The following highlights the key job duties:
