Job Description

The Workforce Management Analyst supports the planning, analysis, and execution of workforce and operational initiatives across the organization. This role partners cross-functionally with corporate and field teams tooptimizelabor strategies, improve operational processes, and support the successful rollout of projects, pilots, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop andmaintainlabor models, staffing guides, forecasting tools, and workforce planning resources to support store operations
  • Analyze labor performance, productivity, sales trends, and workforce metrics toidentifyopportunities, risks, and actionable recommendations
  • Partner with field leadership tooptimizestaffing levels, scheduling practices, and workforceutilization
  • Evaluate retail processes, including labor management, service execution, inventory flow, and merchandising, toidentifyinefficiencies and improvement opportunities
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives that simplify operations, reduce workload friction, and improve consistency across stores
  • Partner with field leadership to pilot process changes, measure results, and support successful rollouts
  • Manage operational and workforce-relatedprojectsend-to-end, including timelines, milestones, risks, deliverables, and follow-up actions
  • Serve as a cross-functional partner between Operations, HR, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and Field Leadership to communicate updates, resolve issues, and support key initiatives

Skills and Knowledge

A collaborative spirit and the confidence to take ownership of projects from start to finish, Analytical mindset and critical thinking skills, Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and experience Microsoft Excel, Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, Strong organization and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities, Strong writing, editing, and visual communication skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Human Resources, Analytics, Finance, or a related field preferred
  • 2-5 years of experience in workforce management, labor planning, retail operations, ora relatedfield
  • Experience with workforce management and scheduling platforms preferred

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse, and other standard office equipment
  • Able to clearly view and read information on a computer screen
  • Occasionally lift or move items up to 15 pounds

Location

  • On-site in Lenexa, KS

Pay Range

$60,000.00 - $75,000.00
