The Seller Support and Risk Operations team empowers sellers to succeed on Walmart Marketplace by delivering strategic workforce planning and data-driven solutions. This team leads complex projects, leveraging business intelligence, statistical analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize workforce management and operational efficiency. Members develop and implement actionable strategies aligned with enterprise goals, ensuring accurate forecasting and continuous improvement.
