We are looking for a Web Designer with 2-5 years of experience to join our team.
Position Summary
As a Web Designer at Perrill, you will work collaboratively with our marketing and development teams to design engaging websites that are built to convert. You will work on a wide variety of projects with a focus on designing eCommerce and lead generation websites. This position will be expected to blend traditional design while embracing AI-assisted design using tools like Claude, Figma Buddy, or Google Stitch to rapidly prototype concepts, explore directions faster, and get client-ready mockups in front of stakeholders sooner.
Reports to the Director of Development.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 2 years of experience in web design
  • Experience with responsive design layout and web design best practices
  • Graphic design, typography, and color theory background
  • Fluent in Figma, with working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD)
  • Comfort with, or eagerness to learn, AI-driven design and prototyping tools such as Claude, Figma Buddy, Google Stitch, or similar.
  • Experience optimizing designs for the web
  • Portfolio that displays an understanding of user-centered design and graphic layout
  • Ability to work collaboratively with copywriters and developers
  • Working knowledge of CSS and HTML is desired but not required
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
  • A curious, adaptable mindset - comfortable evolving your workflow as new design tools and AI capabilities emerge

Salary: $70,000 to $85,000+, depending on experience
