Job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Creative QA Analyst based in Netherlands.

This role is responsible for ensuring high-volume creative production meets rigorous quality standards before assets reach customers.
You will serve as the final quality checkpoint for static performance ads across multiple DTC brands and advertising platforms.
Your focus will span copy accuracy, visual execution, brand consistency, and technical specifications.
Working closely with designers, strategists, and project managers, you will identify issues and provide clear, actionable feedback.
You will review a fast-moving stream of creative assets, with production volumes reaching up to 50 ads per day.
Beyond catching individual errors, you will document recurring issues and help strengthen QA processes over time.
This is an ideal opportunity for a highly detail-oriented professional who takes pride in precision, consistency, and reliable execution.

Accountabilities
  • Review static advertising creatives before publication, ensuring copy, visuals, branding, and technical specifications meet quality standards.
  • Identify and correct typos, grammatical errors, punctuation issues, awkward phrasing, and inconsistencies across headlines, body copy, and calls to action.
  • Inspect visual execution, including alignment, spacing, typography, hierarchy, color usage, image quality, logo placement, and overall composition.
  • Cross-check creative assets against client-specific brand guidelines, ensuring fonts, colors, tone, and visual standards are applied consistently.
  • Verify dimensions, file formats, and placement specifications for platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and other advertising channels.
  • Provide designers and strategists with clear, specific, and actionable feedback on execution issues, broken layouts, low-resolution imagery, or off-brand elements.
  • Maintain and continuously improve QA checklists by documenting newly identified error patterns across client accounts.
  • Coordinate with project managers and creative teams through Slack and project management tools to maintain production speed without compromising quality.
  • Track recurring issues and identify patterns that may indicate broader process or workflow gaps.
  • Consistently meet QA throughput, accuracy, turnaround-time, and process-improvement expectations while reviewing up to 50 static ads per day.
  • Progress toward independent ownership of QA standards across active client accounts and contribute ideas that improve efficiency and reduce QA cycle times.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in quality assurance, proofreading, content review, or another highly detail-oriented role, ideally within a creative agency, marketing, publishing, or similar environment.
  • Native or near-native English proficiency, both written and spoken, with excellent command of grammar, spelling, punctuation, and copy consistency.
  • Familiarity with performance marketing and static advertising formats, particularly Meta and TikTok specifications.
  • Strong visual attention to detail, with the ability to assess alignment, typography, hierarchy, spacing, composition, and brand consistency without needing to be a designer.
  • Experience interpreting and applying brand guidelines consistently across a high volume of creative assets and multiple client accounts.
  • Highly organized and methodical, with the ability to manage checklists, workflows, deadlines, and reviews across several accounts simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment where creative assets are delivered and reviewed daily.
  • Direct and precise communication style, with the confidence to provide specific feedback and clearly identify even subtle execution issues.
  • Strong analytical and pattern-recognition skills, with the ability to identify recurring problems and turn observations into process improvements.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with designers, strategists, project managers, and other creative stakeholders.
  • Successful shortlisted candidates will be expected to complete a practical assessment of approximately 60-90 minutes, reviewing static ads against a provided brand sheet.
Benefits
  • Compensation of USD $1,500 per month.
  • Full-time contractor position.
  • Fully remote work arrangement.
  • Fixed schedule of 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.
  • Clearly defined responsibilities focused exclusively on creative quality assurance, without requiring design or strategy responsibilities.
  • Structured feedback processes and clearly defined KPIs from the beginning.
  • Opportunity to work across multiple DTC brands and high-volume performance marketing campaigns.
  • Back-office support covering payroll, onboarding, and HR administration.
  • Opportunity to develop expertise in creative QA, advertising standards, brand consistency, and high-volume creative production.
