The Director of Value-Added Solutions & Services (MAS Division) is a senior commercial and operational leader responsible for driving the strategic growth, revenue performance, and market positioning of the company's core value-added service lines: Custom Control Panels, Bulk Material Handling Solutions, Industrial Maintenance, and VFD/Automation Services. This role serves as the primary champion and architect of the MAS Division's go-to-market strategy, working in close partnership with the VP of Sales, field sales teams, engineering staff, operations, B&D Field Service resources under the GRS Division, and qualified third-party service partners to deliver differentiated solutions that increase customer retention, expand wallet share, and generate profitable incremental revenue beyond traditional MRO product distribution. A strong foundation in industrial distribution or services sales, paired with the leadership presence to build and grow a high-performing division, is essential.
