Job description

Empowered Staffing is partnered with a real estate investment firm that owns and manages multi-family communities in high-growth markets across the United States. The company is currently looking for a Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of their property in Mishawaka, IN.

What You Will Be Doing:

· Manage, hire, and train property staff and conduct annual performance reviews.

· Collaborate with the Director of Operations to develop and manage annual property budgets.

· Analyze financial statements monthly, create variance reports, and recommend strategies to increase NOI.

· Drive occupancy through effective leasing and marketing strategies.

Required Skills & Experience:

· Strong understanding of property financials, including NOI, cash flow, and variance analysis.

· Proven leadership and conflict resolution skills.

· Excellent verbal and written communication.

· Minimum 3 years of progressive property management experience in multifamily.

· CAM certification preferred (Certified Apartment Manager).

· Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain strong attention to detail.

· Valid driver’s license required.
