Trillium Construction is hiring for aSite Superintendent to oversee a 7-week tenant retail retrofit project in Jonesboro, AR.

The Superintendent will coordinate daily field activities, monitor subcontractors, maintain project schedules, and help resolve field issues as they arise. Hourly pay is up to $45/hr!

Responsibilities
-Supervise daily construction activities for the Tillys tenant retrofit project.
-Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications.
-Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and on-site trades.
-Monitor work progress and maintain the project schedule.
-Conduct daily site walks to verify quality, workmanship, and compliance with plans.
