Job description

BankofAmerica is hiring a Treasury Sales Officer (TSO) to aggressively grow treasury revenue and profitability across a portfolio of Global Large Corporate Healthcare clients within the Global Large Corporate Healthcare Group.

Responsibilities
  • Generate revenue and balance sheet growth, improve profitability.
  • Client calling, planning, portfolio development, pricing strategy, proposal responses, and leading client‑facing treasury presentations.
  • Collaborate with bankers and product specialists to develop customized treasury solutions, identify opportunities based on cost‑benefit and profitability analysis.
  • Drive pricing and negotiation discussions to optimize relationship profitability and YoY growth.
  • Advise within the Client Management Process focusing on developing new and deepening existing client relationships.
  • Influence digital adoption by driving mobile, digital, and real‑time payments adoption.
  • Lead, coach, and develop Treasury Sales Analysts, Officers, and Client Officers in day‑to‑day client support.
  • Maintain regular client interactions and deepen relationships through meetings, conferences, roundtables, and events.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 12 years of comparable experience.
  • Direct treasury management sales experience with US domestic and global solutions (liquidity, FX, trade).
  • Broad familiarity with global treasury products, services and trends.
  • Proven business development and relationship management skills with corporate clients.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication, presenting and negotiation skills with strong executive presence.
  • Ability to build partnerships within teams and with client contacts.
  • Strong prioritization and organization, maintaining client satisfaction.
Desired Qualifications
  • B.S. or B.A. in finance, accounting, management or related field.
  • Agility to track healthcare, macroeconomic, and technological trends.
  • Cross‑functional collaboration across product, credit, servicing and global coverage teams.
