Job description

LifeClinic Summary

At LifeClinic, our mission is torestore, maintain, and optimize human function and performance. As a chiropractor here, you'll provideadjustments, soft tissue work, and rehab exercisesinside Life Time facilities. We're already in75+ locationsand on track for200.

PRACTICE MODEL:

  • 30-minute, 1:1 patient visits
  • Health-conscious patient base
  • Primarily cash based sessions - avoid the insurance hassle
  • Schedule flexibility (i.e. reduce work days or clinic hours) once revenue target is met
  • Proven blueprint and extensive training

Pay

This position starts at a salary of $80,000 and pays up to $105,000 based on experience and qualifications. This position is also eligible for a monthly incentive based on achievement of monthly performance metrics, with total cash compensation potential of $150,000+ per year.

Job Duties/Responsibilities

Clinical Care

  • Perform chiropractic adjustments and Integrated Muscle and Joint Therapy (IMJT) tailored to each patient

  • Design and guide patients through rehab exercise programs,monitoringprogress and adjusting treatment plans as needed

Patient Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Conduct outreach and direct marketing toLife Timemembers and prospective patients

  • Present personalized care plans (including financial and scheduling options) and build long-term relationships through consistent follow-up

Administrative & Operational

  • Maintainaccurate,timelySOAP note documentation

  • Manage scheduling, appointment updates, and patient communications

  • Collaborate withLife Timestaff and other healthcare professionals for integrated care delivery

Preferred Skills & Competencies

  • Strong clinical knowledge: spinal/extremity adjustments, soft tissue techniques, and rehab exercise protocols

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Comfort promoting services and converting consultations into ongoing care

  • Familiarity with EHR and scheduling software

  • Ability to balance clinical and administrative duties in a fast-paced environment

  • Team-oriented with a commitment to a high-quality, empathetic patient experience
